  1. PRICING & ORDERS
    • All prices will include VAT at the current rate. We reserve the right to list the price exclusive of VAT, but we shall show VAT separately and include it in the total price.

 

  • We offer the following payment options:
  • Credit/Debit Card
  • PayPal

 

  • We aim to process all orders on the same day/subsequent working day after the order is placed online. If ordering a special/made to order item, we will email you to advise you an approximate lead time, which is usually around 7-10 days from ordering.

 

  • We will confirm acceptance of your order by sending an order confirmation. As the buyer, you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the terms of your order. Once the order has been accepted, it may not be cancelled except with the agreement in writing of the seller and on the terms that the buyer shall indemnify the seller in full against all loss, costs, damages, charges and expenses occurred by the seller as a result of the cancellation.

 

  • Most orders will be sent via DPD on a next working day delivery service, or by 1st Class Royal Mail service depending on the item/item size. Delivery charges apply as follows:

 

  • Free UK shipping is applicable on all orders over £125.
  • All orders below the minimum value will be subject to a £6.50 standard UK shipping charge (small parcel) or £10.00 (large parcel). This may vary depending on weight.
  • Additional charges will be made for timed/weekend deliveries irrespective of value.

Cost per parcel: Saturday Before 10.30am - £65.50, Saturday Before 12 noon - £52.50,  Anytime Saturday £29.50

  • Orders to Europe will be subject to a £29.00 shipping charge.
  • Orders to United States/Australia will be subject to a £75.00 shipping charge.

 

 

2.5 Delivery dates and lead times provided by us are an estimate and are not guaranteed. If you do not receive your delivery in a timely manner, you should notify us by email to sales@valebrothers.com

 

 

  1. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

3.1 In accordance with your statutory rights, goods supplied from Jeffries Saddlery may be returned, unless they are special orders. Please note that unless faulty, sale or special order items cannot be returned. We will replace and return the product and refund the cost of postage if there is a genuine manufacturing fault.

  • Returned items must be unsoiled and in the same condition as when dispatched. NB if the items are marked in any way or have hair on them, they will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
  • Customers will be entitled to a full refund, less the delivery charge if the goods are returned within 21 days of the customer receiving the goods.

3.2 Items that are to be exchanged should be returned, unsoiled and in the same condition as when dispatched, to: Returns, Jeffries Saddlery, Unit 2 75 Midland Road, Walsall, West Midlands, United Kingdom, WS1 3QQ and will be exchanged for another item, subject to availability. NB if the items are marked in any way or have hair on them they will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

  • Customers will be entitled to an exchange, less the delivery charge, if the goods are returned within 21 days of the customer receiving the goods.

3.3 Please note the customer will be responsible for the delivery costs of returning products and for sending out replacements (delivery charge £6.50)

3.4 To return or exchange an item, please fill out the form received with your delivery. Alternatively, download our Returns Form here, print, complete and include it with your item(s) upon return.

  1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England, and the Buyer agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts
