Delivery Information
Free UK shipping is applicable on all orders over £125. All orders below the minimum value will be subject to a £6.50 standard UK shipping charge.
Orders to United States/Australia will be subject to a £75.00 shipping charge.
Orders to Europe will be subject to a £29.00 shipping charge.
We aim to process all orders on the same day/subsequent working day after the order is placed online.
Most orders will be sent via DPD on a next working day delivery service, or by 1st Class Royal Mail service depending on the item/item size.
If ordering a special/made to order item, we will email you to advise you an approximate lead time, usually around 7-10 days from order.
Returns
In accordance with your statutory rights, goods supplied from Jeffries Saddlery may be returned, unless they are special orders.
Returned items must be unsoiled and in the same condition as when dispatched. NB if the items are marked in any way or have hair on them, they will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
Customers will be entitled to a full refund, less the delivery charge if the goods are returned within 21 days of the customer receiving the goods.
Please note that unless faulty, sale or special order items cannot be returned. We will replace and return the product and refund the cost of postage if there is a genuine manufacturing fault.

Exchanges
Items that are to be exchanged should be returned, unsoiled and in the same condition as when dispatched, to Jeffries Saddlery and will be exchanged for another item, subject to availability.
NB if the items are marked in any way or have hair on them they will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
Customers will be entitled to an exchange, less the delivery charge, if the goods are returned within 21 days of the customer receiving the goods.
Please note the customer will be responsible for the delivery costs of returning products and for sending out replacements (delivery charge £6.50)
